Accuracy is having the bullet land where you aimed for it to go. Wind and how far the bullet travels do affect this in WoTH. How consistent you are will depend on how you squeeze the trigger (mouse or controller button) as well as the inherent accuracy of the weapon.

You can see the weapons accuracy by using hunter sense and looking at the aim dot. For some weapons this will be larger than others.
